Heavy load AGVs
Our mobile transport platforms effortlessly position heavy loads with precision, even in tight spaces. Moving XXL loads is easy with our heavy duty platforms. These heavy-duty AGVs navigate autonomously, lifting and moving loads of several tons with ease. Operations that were previously performed manually with cranes or other lifting systems can now be performed autonomously. Despite their large size and capacity, these systems operate safely and independently, integrating seamlessly into the work environment.
Optimizing storage with WFT Stäubli’s FT1500 autonomous forklift
Autonomous forklift trucks are crucial when it comes not only to the autonomous movement of parts and equipment, but also to their flexible storage in racks. Bec works together with WFT Stäubli in the field of heavy-duty AGVs and autonomous forklift trucks. The FT1500 counterbalance forklift has been specially designed to be ultra-compact and can handle loads of up to 1.5 tons. Its minimal space requirement for the counterweight enables efficient maneuvering in the tightest of spaces. Seamless integration into existing systems is supported by its flexible software architecture, while advanced safety features such as laser scanners and multiple emergency stop buttons ensure safe operation. In addition, its low-maintenance design and up to 7,000 charge cycles ensure exceptional longevity and cost efficiency, increasing productivity in demanding industrial environments.
