Autonomous mobile Robots
Autonomous loading and unloading of automated warehouses and machine tools
We offer a wide range of autonomous mobile robots, combining robots or cobots with mobile platforms. Our solutions vary in payload capacity, functionality and power options, including battery-operated or stationary high-power solutions.
For (almost) any application, we have the perfect, cost-effective solution to meet your needs.
KUKA KMR iisy
Cost-effective mobile cobot platform up to 15kg payload
With the KUKA KMR iisy, we offer an integrated cobot and transport platform equipped with safety scanners and 3D cameras that provides flexible and reliable automation for dynamic use in warehouse logistics, production, assembly, intralogistics and service robot systems.
KUKA KMR iiwa
Omnidirectional mobile platform with 7-axis cobot
The KMR iiwa is equipped with Mecanum wheels for superior maneuverability and precise positioning in confined spaces, while the KUKA iiwa 7-axis cobot enhances the motion capabilities, making it ideal for flexible and reliable collaborative operations in a variety of industrial applications.
KUKA KMR Cybertech
Cost-effective mobile robot platform up to 25kg payload
The KMR CYBERTECH excels at loading and unloading automated warehouses and machine tools with its omnidirectional mobile platform and a KUKA KR CYBERTECH robot that efficiently handles SLCs and components while autonomously navigating and ensuring safety with laser sensors, reducing manual labor.
Mix your matrix
Decoupled mobile robotic systems for large payloads
Robots mounted on mobile platforms are powered by the platform's battery and have a limited payload (10 to 25 kg). With Mix-Your-Matrix, we solve this problem and decouple the platform from the robots.
If a standard AGV doesn't meet the need, don't worry!
Machine tool automation
Industrial companies are facing increasing pressures, from rising costs to a shortage of skilled workers. Automation offers a solution to these challenges, and significant progress has already been made in areas such as palletizing, handling, assembly and part machining. However, the flexible and automated loading and unloading of machines with tools is still in its infancy. Enter KMR Cybertech: our intelligent application designed to automatically load and unload machines with tools, effectively reducing operator workload and increasing productivity.
Pick & Place
To optimize intralogistics processes, BEC Robotics integrates mobile robots into the industrial workflow. The systems are connected to the production planning system and ensure the timely availability of raw and finished parts. The order manager, a web application, allows the monitoring and adjustment of orders and vehicle positions in real time. Equipped with advanced sensors and cameras, our mobile robots excel in pick-and-place applications by recognizing objects, identifying gripping positions and automatically selecting suitable grippers. The weight of the gripped parts can also be checked for verification purposes. By automating tasks such as loading, unloading, palletizing and quality control, our mobile robot solutions free up employee capacity to focus on more value-added activities.
Small load carrier (SLC) handling
BEC Robotics' compact LC grippers with integrated vision cameras and AI capabilities provide a flexible, robust and simple solution for automating small load carrier (SLC) handling. The advanced gripper systems can handle different SLC sizes, handle boxes from different gripping directions, optimize resource utilization, and reduce human workload. With integrated sensors and AI, they efficiently manage tasks such as sorting, stacking, and transporting goods, increasing productivity, minimizing errors, and reducing costs. Intelligent industrial robots make it easy and efficient to automate repetitive, high-volume handling tasks.
Brownfield automation
While the greenfield approach is ideal for creating a fully networked and automated production environment, the reality is often different. Automating "brownfield" facilities, or existing production plants, is more challenging. Bringing these facilities up to Industry 4.0 standards requires innovative solutions. BEC Robotics excels at automating existing manufacturing facilities and processes with intelligent solutions that make automation accessible to small and medium sized businesses. This approach allows for a gradual and manageable integration of automation, starting with individual machines and line connections. From conveyor belts that serve as additional buffers for workpiece handling to robots that perform manual processes such as opening and closing doors, we enable efficient and effective automation for existing production environments.
