Robot-assisted patient positioning

exacure is a state-of-the-art medical system that extends robot-assisted high-end patient positioning with hardware and software modules specially developed for radiotherapy. The patented system also meets the high requirements for positioning systems under neutron irradiation in BNCT treatment and ensures maximum safety for patients and hospital staff.

The robotic surgical assistant

guidoo shows its strengths in percutaneous biopsies and ablative procedures. In the operating room, the system supports the positioning of interventional needles. The combination of robot precision and medical expertise simplifies complex procedures and reduces iterations. The system increases the accuracy rate, thereby reducing control scans and saving time. Tests show that guidoo increases confidence when placing needles, improving the success of the procedure.

RoboGym

The robotic strength training solution

RoboGym is a revolutionary robotic strength training system that uses real-time sensors to adapt to each athlete. Unlike traditional systems with fixed weights and movement paths, RoboGym adapts movements based on a biomechanical musculoskeletal model, optimizing efficiency and safety. It provides direct biofeedback to help prevent joint injuries. Training data is stored in a personal digital twin in the cloud for easy access. With high adaptability, RoboGym offers a wide range of training options, increasing comfort and efficiency. Developed with a focus on safe human-robot interaction, RoboGym is a collaborative research project between the German Sport University Cologne, RWTH Aachen University and BEC Robotics. RoboGym is not for clinical use.

CSSD Automation

Automated storage solutions in hospitals

The increasing demands on central sterile supply departments (CSSD) in hospitals require automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce staff workload. Automated systems from BEC Robotics optimise the storage and supply of sterile goods, reduce physical strain and improve process reliability. They can be flexibly integrated into existing hospital structures and provide support through autonomous navigation and safety functions.
